Very convenient to metro and all sites within walking distance
Great location, historic building and decor.
Staff not very friendly. A/C did not keep up with the heat and then power went out for several hours. Very hot, but it was extremely hot in Rome.

Pleasant
The location was great. Brown, one of the staff, was very polite and helpful.
I may have missed it, but I didn’t see anything mentioned in my booking that said they had a lift. So I dragged my suitcases up three flights of stairs the first day. The second day I saw someone get onto a lift.
